Resolution of Concerns

If you experience any issues regarding the taste, quality, or ingredients of any Milker product, we will communicate with the respective producer and work toward resolving your concern as quickly as possible.

If an item arrives in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please email us at admin@milker.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your Order Number along with clear photos of the damaged or affected items.

After verification, we will issue a coupon code equal to the value of the affected product(s). This coupon can be used for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please write to us at admin@milker.com.

  • Before shipping: You will receive a full refund.
  • After shipping: Cancellation is not possible as the product has already been prepared and dispatched.

Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 10 working days using the same payment method used during purchase.

Fraud Prevention

Milker reserves the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent. We maintain a restricted list of such accounts and may deny access to future orders if misuse is detected.
