Welcome to Milker. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order or using any feature on our platform.

1. Order Placement

Orders once placed will be processed immediately. Please ensure your delivery address, product selection, and contact details are accurate. Milker is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website or app are final and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable except under the situations mentioned in the Refund Policy. Any change in product price after order placement will not affect current orders.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription users can choose daily, alternate-day, or custom delivery frequency. Changes to subscription plans must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Subscription credits or wallet balance cannot be encashed.

4. Freshness & Product Quality

Milker takes maximum care to ensure products are fresh and safe. Once delivered, please store dairy and food items as per recommended temperature and guidelines. Milker is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must maintain a valid phone number and ensure availability at the delivery location. Repeated delivery failures may lead to extra charges or order cancellation.

6. Delivery & Logistics

Deliveries are handled by our authorized logistics partners. Delay due to weather, transport issues, or uncontrollable circumstances is not the responsibility of Milker. Delivery is deemed successful once the product reaches the customer's address.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is allowed only if the order is not dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Subscription cancellations can be requested anytime but will apply only to future deliveries.

8. Account & Usage

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately. Milker reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms.

9. Policy Updates

Milker may update or modify these policies at any time for better service operations. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
